Just got back from a phone store with Agnes a few minutes ago. I couldn't be more frustrated. I got a phone call this past Saturday. I must not have heard my phone, so they left a voice message. All Friday night into Sunday and today I had been trying to listen to this damn message....which trust me is a little difficult as everything in my phone is in Korean. None of the teachers could seem to figure it out either, even though they speak korean. I had 4 different ones try. Finally, Agnes, the ever patient one, agreed to walk across the street with me to the phone store to have them figure the damn thing out. Oh yeah...I forgot to mention that ever since receiving this damn message, my phone seems to have somehow gone into sleep mode and won't ring either. I looked at the display tonight after teaching a bunch of classes and realized I had missed 3 calls. I would have heard them, had my ringer gone off. So...yah, back to what I was saying. Agnes went with me to help translate and about the only thing that was solved is that I did get to listen to the message. The man working couldn't however figure out how to erase the message or get the ringer to go back on. All this was after spending close to 30 there with him punching away. All he ended up saying was that we should call the company tomorrow. Thanks a bunch, mister. Oh...for those of you wondering why I didn't just look in my manual, that's all in korean too. I was however a little stupid for not bringing it with me to school. Somehow, I thought that just because the other teachers could understand korean, that they would be able to figure things out. Guess not. All I can do now is bring my booklet with me tomorrow and kindly ask Agnes to help me to call the company. What a pain.....and all cuz I don't understand....
